INJECTION

Through single and double-injection, we use different raw materials for several applications such as ABS, ASA, HDPE, LDPE, MABS, MBS, PA12, PA6, PA66, PC, PE, PEBA, PEI, POM, PP, PS, PSU, PVC, SBC, Soft PVC, TPE and TPU.
All raw materials comply with ISO 10993 and USP class VI.

Injection department is fully equipped with German and Italian machinery.
Medical Devices Plastic components are produced in ISO class 7 and ISO class 8 clean rooms, with Krauss Maffei machinery equipped with in-house molding.

Quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications. Muroplás uses LEAN tools such as 5S and visual management, complemented by other tools, such as Failure Mode and Effect Analysis – FMEA, promoting errors prevention.
