Mould construction is a very important part of our strategy. We have specific facilities to manufacture precision moulds, with or without hot runner, through single or double injection.
Having this expertise allow us to be more flexible and to establish strategic partnerships.

Mould department uses wire electro-erosion by Sodick and pervasion electro-erosion. We also use two advanced high speed machining centres Mori Seiki and cylindrical grinding. Millings are programmed by Powermill software.
These tools allow us to execute all kinds of tasks in moulds production.

Mould department assures preventive support and integrates injection department, complementing and providing a coherent whole.
